Welcome to LeFix.co.uk (the Website). The Website is owned and operated by Luna Health and Beauty Group Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, company number 12848051, our registered office is located at 46 Upper Grosvenor Street, London W1K 2NW United Kingdom (Le Fix, we or us).
References to ‘Le Fix’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ are references to Luna Health and Beauty Group Ltd.
By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the ‘Terms’). We reserve the right to make changes to the terms at any time, the new terms will be displayed on the Website, by continuing to use and access the Website, you agree to be bound by any variation. These terms will not affect your statutory rights as consumer.

1. Our responsibility
1.1 The Products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
1.2 In the unlikely event that we fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our responsibility for loss or damage that are reasonably foreseeable and a direct result of our breach or failing to use reasonable care and skill will be to the fullest extent permitted by law, limited to the amount paid for the Products or Services.
2. Online orders
2.1 To order online you are required to:
be over 18 years of age;
provide us with your name, contact information and payment details when creating an order;
provide us with a delivery address;
provide a valid payment method that works on our website.
3.1 All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with the following:
Details of your order, including your address and payment details, prior to completing your order.
When you place an order, we will send you an acknowledgement email to inform you we have received your order.
We will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been dispatched for delivery, this means acceptance of your order.
Unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days of confirmation, in the unlikely event we are unable to deliver your order within this period, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
When you press the pay button, you are given us permission to process your order.
We accept all credit and debit cards; all payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If the issuer of your payment does not authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay on your delivery.
5. Product Descriptions and Fitness for Purpose
5.1 The products should match the description on the Website and be suitable for its ordinary intended purpose.
5.2 We do not guarantee that the product images on the Website are an accurate exact representation; sometimes colours may differ from the images shown on the Website due to your device resolution or settings. In case of doubt please contact or Team.
5.3 All products are subject to availability if any product is out of stock, we will contact you so that you can cancel or modify the order.
6.1 Deliveries will be conducted by third-party couriers. By placing an order, you agree to the conditions of delivery.
6.2 The estimated delivery date of the products will be stated in your order confirmation email. If you do not receive an estimated delivery date from us, we will deliver the order within 30 days after the order confirmation email.
7. Returns and Cancellations
7.1 We will provide full refund (excluding delivery costs) on any products returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date. Products can be returned for a refund or exchange if they are returned unused and in their original condition.
7.2 You will receive a full refund, including the original delivery costs when we receive the products. You are responsible to arrange and cover the cost of returning the products.
7.3 To cancel and return part of the order or the whole order, please contact our Team informing us of your intention to cancel providing details of the order number and the products that your intent to cancel.
7.4 You will need to notify us if you wish to cancel your contract in writing. Cancellations are only processed with a Returns Number issued by us. Please email us to firstname.lastname@example.org.
7.5 If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the unused, undamaged goods back to our contact address at your own cost and risk. If you cancel your order but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at our contact address at your own cost and risk as soon as possible.
7.6 Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, any sum debited to us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order provided that the goods in question are returned by you and received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you or do not pay the costs of delivery, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you.
7.7 You will be re-credited for the costs incurred in returning faulty or unsatisfactory goods.
7.8 We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
1)We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

3) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

7.9 Returned or Cancelled Order with Offers - When returning items that include a discount the refund due will include the discount.
If a free gift was included this must be returned with your item or the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.
If a refund is issued an admin fee may apply due to the cost or processing refunds with the banks.
Offers run for a limited time and can’t be used in conjunction with any other offers. In some instances these are limited by categories and/or brand
7.10 Code and Money Off - Only one code is permitted per order and must be entered correctly in the Discount Code box provided at the checkout page. When entered correctly the Discount Code will generate the reduction in your basket. We regret we cannot process codes retrospectively after the order has been placed due to the cost of bank processing fees on refunds. Offers and discounts may exclude some brands. The best way to keep up-to-date on our offers is via our newsletter.
When an offer requires a minimum spend, the minimum spend excludes additional delivery fees, taxes, samples and trial sized products.
7.11 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Goods you have ordered are not available from stock, we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details). You will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.
7.12 You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on "submit" during the ordering process. If you should place an order for an incorrect item please email us at to amend the order. If the order has been despatched you will be liable for cost of delivery to and return delivery. 7.13 Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered and cannot be refunded, unless we send you and item in error, or your item is damaged in transit. In this instance we ask for you co-operation in claim the insurance offered thru Royal Mail
7.14 Please note that we are currently only able to deliver some items classed as dangerous goods to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles. This is indicated at checkout.
7.15 We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate, we take no responsibility for non-delivery due to an error on the order addresses.
7.16 We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods within 2-5 working days within the UK - delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time.
7.17 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

8.1 We will use your personal information for the purpose of processing your order, your details will be kept safe and will not be transferred to any third party. We may use your details for the purpose of contacting you in relation to your order and to inform you on any promotions relevant to you and for no other purpose.
8.2 The payment process and all sensitive financial data are protected. Luna Health and Beauty Group Ltd. is certified under Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Compliance. Our payment system is supported and processed by Paymentsense Ltd. London, UK.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions will be governed and construed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute arising out of related to your use the purchase of Products and use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
